European House - About us
War victims need a voice to remind the world what violent war and atrocious human actions can do. The main goal of "European House Vukovar – Europski Dom Vukovar," a non-government organization, is to reconstruct the community of Vukovar. This means that we have to jointly work to overcome the devastating trauma caused by the war, improve psycho-physical health, restore the economy and alleviate further conflict situations. We have to re-establish growth and communications, and create new and better opportunities for all citizens, young and old.
Our objectives are to stimulate progress and build an improved and peaceful future, hopefully in conjunction with the European Community.
